Book Review: Storm Dancer by Rayne Hall

Started "Storm Dancer" by Rayne Hall late Monday night and finished it in the wee hours of this morning (Thursday, though I'm posting this a bit late). Overall it was a very well written book and I absolutely enjoyed it.

I am interested to see if Rayne decides to continue Dahoud and Merida's story, or possibly take the route of doing a "spin off" and entering the lives of Teruma and Tarkan some more as they intrigued me as well, especially the mind of Teruma. Maybe follow Yora? She would definitely be a fun one to delve into and see how her mind mechanics change as she grows.

I'm a fast, avid reader and have read more books than I could probably ever count... I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I look forward to working with her more and delving more into her worlds. It was a book that kept me interested and made me want to pick it up and read it to see where it went next, instead of my OCD taking over and forcing me to finish because I simply can't start reading a bok and then leave it undone - unless its THAT bad. Kudos!
The intrigue of following Dahoud and the progression of Merida's character made this worthwhile. Every character no matter how small was made real and palpable. The feelings each one provoked made them more easily to get to know... as if I were there as a part of their world. That connection made me want more when the book ended and left me with questions only a sequel could answer.

I will be ordering a hard copy for my shelf :)

disclaimer: I received this product free from Rayne Hall through the BuView review program in exchange for an honest opinion. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are 100% my own..... I truly did love the book.
